We believe our people are our greatest asset and are committed to providing a safe, supportive workplace where employees can build long-term careers.What You'll DoPick, pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlySafely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouseUtilize pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollies, and other material handling equipment to transport products safely and efficientlyUse RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders and maintain inventory accuracyReceive incoming shipments, inspect products, and verify quantitiesAssist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishmentLoad customer vehicles and delivery trucks while ensuring orders are complete and secureMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentWork closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure an outstanding customer experienceFollow all company safety policies and warehouse best practicesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of warehouse or distribution experienceAt least 6 months of recent forklift operating experienceExperience picking, pulling, and staging customer ordersExperience using RF scanners in a warehouse environmentExperience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stock organizationExperience safely operating pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollies, and other material handling equipmentAbility to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workdayStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracyDependable, punctual, and safety-minded with a strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsBilingual in English and SpanishExperience in wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, construction materials, or industrial supplyFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)Why Join Us?We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, values teamwork, and understands the importance of delivering excellent service to our customers.
