Position Overview

PrideStaff is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a fast-growing online retail and e-commerce business. This role is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, efficient product packaging, and daily shipping operations to ensure exceptional service for direct-to-consumer online orders.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking & Fulfillment

• Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelf locations using pick sheets or RF handheld scanners.
  
• Conduct visual quality checks on all products prior to packing to ensure items are undamaged and order details match.
  
• Maintain high accuracy rates while meeting daily order-picking quotas in a fast-paced environment.

• Carefully wrap, package, and box specialty pantry goods to prevent damage during transit.
  
• Ensure accurate insertion of packing slips, promotional materials, and appropriate protective packaging materials.
  
• Restock packing stations with boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and shipping labels as needed.

• Operate shipping software (such as ShipStation, UPS WorldShip, FedEx Manager, or USPS systems) to print accurate shipping labels.
  
• Weigh and measure packages to ensure correct postage and freight classification.
  
• Palletize, stage, and load outgoing shipments onto courier trucks for daily pickup.

• Assist with receiving incoming stock, breaking down pallets, and putting away inventory in designated bins.
  
• Participate in routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse environment.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, picking/packing, or general warehouse operations.
  
• Technology: Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory control systems, or e-commerce shipping software (ShipStation, UPS, FedEx) preferred.
  
• Detail Orientation: High attention to detail to ensure correct items, quantities, and shipping labels are processed every time.
  
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
  
• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to work productively both independently and as part of a warehouse team.
