The Service Advisor/Manager oversees our growing service department. The goal of the service department is to provide provide the highest level of service to customers in the field for all types of spa equipment repair, including heater calls, plumbing, electrical, automation, measuring for covers, startups, etc.
Time management and attention to detail is a must.
Job Duties: (Listed but not limited to)
Job Requirements:
1. 2 years or more experience in service department management preferred
2. 2 or more years’ experience in the pool/spa industry in a service technician role preferred
Other Requirements:
1. Candidate is required to have solid computer skills in a Windows environment including proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
2. Complete understanding of manufacturers online resources
3. Strong customer orientation
4. 3‐5 years of managing others and possess excellent supervisory skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
7. Able to lift up to 50 pounds
8. Attend training seminars. Some overnight travel may be required
9. Valid driver’s license required (Must be 21 to operate a company vehicle)
10. Must attend seminars, vendor schools, and/or training as needed.
