Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Liquid Aeration & Fertilization Spray Technician to provide liquid and granular fertilization, as well as liquid aeration application and core aeration services, to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical application, similar to pest control practices, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service. As part of our team, you will help improve soil health and lawn vitality while promoting environmentally conscious practices.

Responsibilities:
• Perform liquid aeration, fertilization, and moisture retention treatments
• Apply custom soil health solutions using professional-grade equipment.
• Assess lawn & landscape conditions, providing expert recommendations to clients.
• Operate sprayers, spreaders, and application tanks to ensure precise treatments.
• Educate customers on quarterly soil health services and sustainable lawn care.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, materials used, and service follow-ups.
• Engage with neighboring properties and community members to expand service routes and generate new leads

Requirements:
• Experience with chemical application, such as pest control or lawn treatments, is required.
• Knowledge of fertilizers, soil amendments, and liquid aeration techniques or ability to learn!.
• Ability to operate and maintain application equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver`s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to get to the office in Escondido.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Pest Control Applicator License/Experience or similar certification is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Qualification:
• Pest Control, Lawn Care, or Landscape Industry experience preferred
• Ability to operate sprayers, spreaders, and application equipment
• Strong attention to detail with precise chemical application experience
• Valid driver`s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service routes
• Customer service experience – ability to educate & build client relationships
• Marketing & sales mindset – ability to engage with local homeowners to expand service reach
