Location: Chula Vista, CA

Salary/Compensation: 1099, Commission-based.  Income is based on performance.  Realistic first-year salary is $80,000 - $120,000, with second year $150,000+.

What You'll Do / Job Responsibilities:

As a Client Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals and families to help them better understand their financial protection options.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work from the Chula Vista Office for the first 90 days.  After 90 days, you have the option to work from home/remote 3-4 days each week.   
• Meet with prospective clients through appointments.
• Conduct professional client consultations to identify each family's financial goals and protection needs. 
• Present personalized financial protection solutions using industry-leading insurance and annuity products. 
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing client support. 
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development. 
• Work alongside experienced mentors who will guide you through every stage of the learning process. 
• Develop your communication, leadership, and business skills through hands-on coaching. 
• Set your own schedule while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability. 
• As your experience grows, you'll have the opportunity to mentor new advisors and build your own team.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to obtain a state professional license (we provide guidance throughout the licensing process)
